Both Barry and I have an agricultural (livestock, grains, etc.) background. We both had the
wonderful fortune to be raised on our respective family farms, with Barry going on to take
over the family farm with his brother, here in rural Alberta, Canada. Because of our deep
rooted rural background we understand the importance of quality feed, good husbandry and
valuable genetics in producing a superior breed.

Since those early years we have expanded our genetics by incorporating a number of
outside breedings from top studs in the industry as well as enlisting the awesome genetics
of our own herd sires.

Although we may have started out in more of a flurry than most breeders, we did start with
an average herd and have bred up and have been very diligent about improving our
breeding program to the point where we are confident in our blood lines and what they are
able to produce.

That is why we are sure you will find someone you will like and want to take home from our
family of alpacas!!!!

We started our
adventure into the
Alpaca business in
1998, with the
purchase of 2 bred
females.

6 more bred females,

and just to keep things
moving along ....... a
breeding male!!
